Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Overpeek website, account, authentication and account-linking flows, match and MMR review, VOD processing, practice and community features, Discord sharing, and related early-access services. By using Overpeek, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Overpeek for an organization, you represent that you can accept these Terms for it.

Eligibility and Accounts

Overpeek is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 and old enough to use online services in your location; if you are under the age of majority, use Overpeek only with a parent or guardian's permission where required.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping passwords and access codes confidential, and all activity through your account. You may sign in with email/password or Discord where enabled. Do not share credentials, tokens or sessions, impersonate another person, or create accounts to evade a restriction.

The Service

Overpeek provides out-of-game coaching and review tools. Depending on what is enabled, the service can link a Riot account, retrieve match history and MMR, process user-selected VODs, generate round or match coaching insights, provide practice tools, and let users share selected clips or comments with a community or Discord.

Features, limits, models, queues, availability and invite requirements may change. Early access does not guarantee a launch date, particular feature, result, price or uninterrupted availability.

Riot Account and VALORANT Data

When available, Riot Sign On (RSO) or another supported account-linking flow is an authorization from you to connect your Riot identity and retrieve permitted game information. Do not give Overpeek your Riot password. You remain responsible for following Riot's terms, policies, game rules, tournament rules and any restrictions that apply to your account.

VALORANT data opt-in: to display a player's stats or gameplay data through Overpeek, the player must first create an Overpeek account and opt in by completing the available Riot account-linking/RSO flow. Players who have not opted in must not have their information made available to other players through Overpeek. You can unlink the account from Overpeek settings; unlinking stops future synchronization, subject to information already processed or retained under the Privacy Policy.

User Content and Upload License

You retain your rights in videos, screenshots, text, feedback and other material you submit. You represent that you own it or have the permissions needed for Overpeek to receive, store, copy, transcode, analyze and display it for the service, including any people, voices, names, gameplay or other personal information in a recording.

You grant Overpeek a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, process and display your submissions only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, improve and support the service, generate your coaching results and create features you request. If you deliberately publish a clip, review, comment or Discord share, you authorize its display to that audience until you remove it or close the account, subject to backups, caches, other users' copies and legal obligations.

Community and Sharing

You are responsible for what you publish in community spaces or send to Discord. Do not publish private, unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive, infringing or unsafe content, or content that exposes another person without permission. We may remove content, limit sharing, or moderate accounts to protect users and the service.

A shared clip or comment can be copied, downloaded, quoted or retained by its audience. Check the audience and any anonymous setting before publishing.

Acceptable Use and Game Safety

Do not use Overpeek to cheat, scout opponents before a match, gain a real-time competitive advantage, inject into or modify a game client, modify game files, bypass anti-cheat, automate gameplay, attack or probe non-public systems, disrupt the service, upload malware, reverse engineer non-public code, scrape other users, harass or defame anyone, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or break applicable law.

Overpeek is intended for post-match reflection and coaching. You must follow Riot, VALORANT, Discord, streaming, tournament and other platform rules even if a feature appears technically available.

Feedback

If you send ideas, bug reports, suggestions or other feedback, you grant Overpeek a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify and incorporate it without payment or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of your other user content.

Plans, Limits and Payments

The public marketing site currently advertises early access and does not currently offer a checkout or payment processor. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, included limits, renewal, cancellation, taxes and refund terms will be shown before purchase and any applicable provider will be identified in the Privacy Policy or checkout flow.

Usage limits and quotas may apply to match reviews, VOD uploads, AI features, storage or other actions. We may suspend or limit use when a quota is reached or an account violates these Terms.

Third-Party Services and Riot Notice

Overpeek depends on third-party services, including Riot Games and data services, Discord, hosting and storage providers, email delivery providers, and AI providers. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and limitations. Overpeek is not responsible for third-party services or content.

Overpeek isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Suspension, Termination and Deletion

You may stop using Overpeek, unlink a Riot account, sign out, or delete your Overpeek account through available settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, a request from a platform or provider, or if the service is discontinued.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will handle account, VOD and derived data as described in the Privacy Policy. Some content or records may remain in backups, logs, legal records, fraud-prevention systems, or copies made by other users.

Disclaimers

Overpeek provides information and coaching assistance, not professional coaching, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice or a guarantee of rank gains, wins, tournament results, skill improvement, accuracy or fair matchmaking. AI-generated results can be incomplete or wrong; review them critically and make your own decisions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uptime, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Overpeek and the people and providers involved in operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, game progress or business opportunities, arising from or related to the service or these Terms.

Changes and Notices

We may update these Terms as the service, providers or law changes. The latest version and date will be posted here. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.
